Susan C. Nelson, P.A.

Specializing in "YOU" the client!

Whether it’s personal service to her  client, her community, or family, Sue Nelson is committed to giving her all.  “Personal attention and service are the keys to my success” Sue says, of her thriving Real Estate business.

Sue Nelson is the top producing individual Real Estate Professional at RE/MAX FIRST. With over 30 years in the Real Estate industry, and her dedication to fulfilling her customers’ needs, it is not surprising that Sue is one of the top 10 Realtors in the State of Florida year after year.

Sue has a true passion for her profession.  She specializes in the marketing of fine homes throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Her reputation for integrity, professionalism and her commitment to her clients has distinguished her in her field. She has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her career, being inducted into the Hall of Fame, receiving the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award, as well as the Lifetime Achievement Honor, to name just a few. A few years back Sue was invited to become a member of the Master Brokers Forum, and has since been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of this prestigious group of prominent Realtors.

Sue is well known in the Lighthouse Point and surrounding areas for her integrity, dedication and productivity, both personally and professionally.  She takes great pride in giving back to her community through various charities and organizations.  She serves on the Board of Directors for Woodhouse, Inc., a cerebral palsy adult home and has also been a sponsor for fund raisers for this wonderful charity.  She also sits on the Board of Directors for Broward Children’s Center, another “very close to her heart charity”, that is a home for special needs children. Sue also serves on the Board of Pinion, which does fundraising for the Special Olympics, and is a member of Soroptimist & Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.  She has been a long time donor to the Children’s Miracle Network and both Sue and her husband have been involved with Broward Navy Days, Inc., a support group for the Navy and Coast Guard for the last 15 years, having hosted numerous functions at their home for these very deserving young, (and sometimes not so young) people.
